My first video of the land, be kind, it is not good. LOL

This video is so funny! This is were we are going to put our house. We did get in that deer stand to look over the area, but I didn't have the camera on like I thought. I will put that video on next time, it is pretty funny. I am sure I will get better with the camera. (I hope)

More on the land

To get to the property you have to go up Mcraes Road, past mom and dad's and turn left on Pig Nut Road, at the top of the Mountain. At the end of that road is the first lot, lot 9. That is what Brad and Andria might buy and Michal might live with them there, it is partially cleared and on the road. As you go down the path you pass a gate and then on your right a dumping area. (really nice) Mom and dad have decided to build on the left of the path a little less than 25 acres in. Our house will be about 50 acres past that on the left of the path, where the path's all meet. There is a pretty view down the hill and some very pretty trees. Scott and Terri are not far on the other side of the mountain. Dad said there is a path from Scott's house up to the area, but we haven't seen it yet.

First time we saw the land in Virginia

On December 8, 2007 Kevin, the girls and I were able to visit our new farm. Mom and Dad bought some of the land and we have bought some, Brad and Andria are considering. We went up to find where we wanted our new house to be. Here are pictures from the trip and how pretty the leaves were at that time of year, we were even expecting some snow!
